The portrait of 2009-10 USTA President & Chairman of the Board Lucy Garvin was presented to the South Carolina Tennis Hall of Fame. The portrait was unveiled at a special event to honor Lucy last fall, and has spent the past seven months in the USTA South Carolina office in Columbia and USTA Southern office in Atlanta. Lucy is pictured with her husband Bob. |
