Players should report 30 minutes prior to their first match. First match times will be posted to the internet by 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 31, 2011.

A mandatory player/parent meeting will be held for the 8-and-under Exhibition at 8:00 Saturday, June 4, 2011.

Players may check-in at their assigned headquarters site and receive their tournament package from 3:00 until 6:00 on Saturday, June 4, 2011. Players who do not play their first match until later in the day on Sunday (or Monday) may check-in 30 minutes prior to their first match time.

First (and possibly second) round doubles matches will begin at 3:30 Saturday, June 4, 2011 in the 12U, 14U, 16U & 18U.

Main draw singles matches in the 12U, 14U, 16U & 18U will begin Sunday, June 5, 2011. First match times will be posted on the internet.
