Palmetto Championships

Entries must be received by Thursday, May 26 by 11:59 p.m. The entry fee is $50. Enter the tournament by mailing in the enclosed entry form with a check (credit cards are not available for mail-in entries.), or go to www.USTA.com and enter on line with a credit card. Once at the USTA site, click on “Tournaments” under the “Tennis Link” heading, then put in the tournament ID # (704134305), or use the key word “Palmetto”. The tournament information will come up. Click on the Tennis Link icon to enter on line. A $2 per entry service charge will be added to online entries. The family discount is not available for on line entries.

A $5 per player discount will be allowed for families with more than one player participating. Players must be from one immediate family (brothers and sisters). Mail entries to PO Box 274, Belton, S.C. 29627, or Federal Express to 725 Anderson Street, Belton, S.C. 29627.

The full fee must be mailed with the entry; checks should be made payable to the Palmetto Championships. The entry fee will not be refunded after the draw has been made.

If you wish to play doubles, you must enter with a partner on the entry form prior to the tournament. Players may enter doubles only, but the full entry fee is required.
