Director of Tennis

Jonathan Rice of Belton was hired in May 2006 as part-time pro for the Belton Tennis Association. He is available most days for group or private lessons and can be reached at his home (369-7933) or at the BTA (338-9087).

Group Lessons:   $  5.00 for 1/2 hour 
                          $10.00 for 1 hour

Private Lessons:  $10.00 for 1/2 hour
                          $20.00 for 1 hour

Jonathan conducted a kids clinic over the summer and initiated a Cardio Tennis class for adults at the BTA this fall.  He also conducted kids group lessons last summer and proved popular with all ages.

The BTA hosted a group of guys from the Generations Group Home providing several clinics in beginners tennis.  Rita Anderson, Jonathan Rice, and Tyler Smith led the on-court instruction.  Rex Maynard provided a pizza party at the end of these clinics and provided the guys a Palmetto T-shirt as well.

The BTA hosted the annual Hall of Fame Classic October 7-8, 2006 which featured the area high school teams.

The Belton Tennis Association courts are open to the public without any fees and are playable night or day to fit anyone's schedule.
